It's my opinion and indeed the opinion of most serious customers of mine, that there is a great difference between a Tattooist and a Tattoo Artist. Most people can trace a picture or colour an outline in - i'm sure most 12 year olds could do a bang on job with a decent set of felt-tips. There seem to be simply too many people today operating as Tattoo 'Artists' that have no flair, imagination or creativity. It's more than just colouring in or painting by numbers!

A true Artist needs so much more; shading, working with natural contours of the skin, placement, skin types and custom pieces. Please remember that most decent Artists would rather advise you against a bad Tattoo or placement choice over putting their name to what will inevitably result in a bad tattoo down the years.
